“Cox Format built our single-storey ground floor extension, incorporating a new en suite and dining area and preparation of the existing kitchen space for new units. As well as extensive construction, the works included a new boiler and radiators, updated electrics and the installation of lantern skylights. In addition, they refurbished our upstairs bathroom, which involved a new floor, re-routing drainage pipes and the digging of a new manhole. Their costing was fair for the quality of work provided and included the provision of drawings and the obtaining of planning permission.
